Candidates should be above and minimum 12th pass.
Candidates should be comfortable with computer.
Candidates should be comfortable with 24*7 shifts;
Active listening and problem solving skills.
Making outbound calls or Receive inbound calls of Customers.
Appropriate Knowledge of Web Browsers
Sound understanding of MS office, Knowledge of Shortcut Keys.
Must have a typing speed of 15 wpm with 75% accuracy.
To remain as basic point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, feedback\'s, requests etc.
Good verbal and listening communication skills with that reflect a friendly, positive disposition and commitment to the customer
Document the calls to ensure all information is captured.
Meeting calling targets.
Provide quality customer service on every call
Good Analytical Skills
Ability to perform under a high pressure work environment.

Salary 1 Lac 25 Thousand To 1 Lac 75 Thousand P.A.
